Design and Engineering

Ray-Q engineers begin from a macro understanding of the purpose and function of our customers’ systems. Involving our highly experienced engineers in your early design stages brings added value to your design and manufacturing by anticipating future challenges, reducing weight and space requirements, and other applications of our knowledge base.
Ray-Q has learned, from over 49 years of hands-on experience in sophisticated applications, to provide interconnect solutions, components and harnesses which are resilient and which function optimally under the toughest mechanical, mobility and environmental conditions.
Ray-Q provides support to the full range of services in the field of interconnect design and engineering. This includes: Mechanical and electrical design of interconnect systems, prototyping, designing, manufacturing and testing processes, technical support specifications and documentation, training, harness fabrication, consulting and more.

Project Management

Ray-Q project management teams specialize in integrating components and systems in accordance with project parameters of schedule, function, quality and cost. Our commitment to our customers is to contribute our expertise from the early stages of conception through design, procurement, manufacture, delivery, assembly and testing, until end-user approval.
We are entrusted by our customers with locating, engaging and coordinating suitable, sub-contracting manufacturers, from different organizations and sometimes different countries.

Manufacturing

Ray-Q’s Harness Shop evolved from the need to assemble prototypes in order to test solutions to interconnect design problems. There are many harness shops in Israel today. Most of them are Ray-Q customers. Our Harness Shop continues to produce prototypes as part of our research and design processes as well as harnesses which require the highest levels of performance and complexity and are subject to the most challenging conditions.
Our harness shop has specialized, for the past 20 years, in complex harnesses for head-mounted systems, UAVs and ground-based controllers as well as other high complexity and high-performance applications. Our harnesses are not mass production items, but rather harnesses designed to deliver high levels of performance and to endure conditions, such as extreme temperatures, corrosion, extreme depths under water, high pressure, high elevations, vacuum challenges such as outgassing, together with dynamic and mechanical challenges.

Ray-Q project managers coordinate these collaborations to ensure seamless integration of system components and subsystems.

Distribution and Supply Chain

On-Time Delivery
TTI Ray-Q's highly qualified team in the fields of material management, logistics and supply chain management, will offer a tailored and optimized supply chain model, designed to suite your needs and to significantly increase your supply chain reliability.
In addition to its logistic facilities in the US, Germany and Israel, TTI-Ray-Q provides worldwide logistics from its manned, unmanned and hub stores of all kinds. These can range from “consignment stock”, whereby TTI Ray-Q’s own stock is held at the customer’s site, with ownership transfer when the product is consumed, to a fully-serviced and manned in-plant store, where TTI Ray-Q completely manages the supply chain and materials management functions on behalf of the customer.

Our customers require faultless and resilient performance under the most rigorous of conditions, and therefore Quality is a core value at Ray-Q.

Ray-Q is a AS9100D certified company. We regard the international Quality Management System standard for the Aviation, Space and Defense industries, as the baseline standard in all our activities.

Ray-Q has worked with organizations like the Israeli Air Force, the IDF Signals Corp, Rafael – Advanced Defense Systems, Israel Aerospace Industries, Elbit and many others for decades. In recognition of our quality assurance standards and performance, they have come to rely on Ray-Q quality and today they receive and install our products in their systems without any additional incoming inspections.
